Do you have a bike stuck in your basement or garage which is just gathering dust with flat tires well now you can use it to get rid of your spare tire and lose 10 pounds fast with out even really trying. Unlike almost every other form of exercise riding a bike has two benefits one is you get a great exercise but also you get to where you want to be.Now when you think of it that way it's hard to think of a reason why you shouldn't use a bike for exercise and of course not forgetting you save money and help the environment. Amazingly just riding your bike to work and back every day you will quickly lose 10 pounds and it won't interfere with your daily routine. If it's not possible to use your bike for work why not use it for running errands. If you want to lose 10 pounds even quicker then why not try bike riding for fun may be with the family at weekends. You'll soon cover several miles and the weight will just drop of you.
