People die because they are old, because parts of their bodies refuse to function anymore. At least that is what many folks think. This is why they continue to press for methods of slowing that process down, or reversing it completely. Perhaps if they realized that life and death were a bit more than that, anti aging wouldn't be such a focus after all. But by pressing on they helped the scientists to make incredible progress in the anti aging sector today. And that's a commendable thing. That's why I recommend doing all you can to slow down the aging process as much as possible. Exercise is great up to a point. You are able to maintain your good health well into your later years - at least more so than your obesity plagued counterparts. This only works if you have not injured yourself badly while exercising. The line with exercise is drawn with the lines on the face. You may look younger, but the wrinkles and laughter lines will remain on your face. That's where the other aspects of anti aging will come handy. There is nothing wrong with failure, but what could make it all wrong is when you fail and you don't get up to try again. Anti aging has been through all that, but it is still here - and making progress - because those who have devoted their lives to it are still at work. You cannot allow worry to be a part of your life, not if you have dreams and intentions of slowing down your aging. Most importantly, you cannot let your fear of old age show through. If you adhere to NOT allowing worry to ruin your life, you would probably live longer than all those others who try every anti aging process in the book. Many anti aging experts, when they know that you are interested in the measures that they proffer, want to know if you have a good work out regimen. If you don't, they often advise you to; because it helps with processes they are going to guide you through. Then you would realize that you might as well have been doing it all your life. Maybe the reason people don't get to live so long these days is that the world we now live in is a polluted one. Perhaps if someone was locked up in some kind of incubator, and fed only with specific foods, and kept from all the diseases that plague the world today, perhaps such a person can live longer. Only, would such a thing really be practicable? What then would be the purpose of such a life? India and China are among many ancient cultures that did extensive research into life extension. They are known to have developed protracted traditions of consuming herbs and foods, diets and health practices that were meant to foster anti-aging. What they achieved give us the confidence to continue today's research. Centenarians have piloted airplanes, practiced medicine, danced, sculpted, taught in universities, graduated from universities, run for Congress, and fathered children through the course of their lives. What they have achieved, many of them are willing to share with any who would listen. From them you can learn easily that there is little need to fear old age as it comes upon you. Instead you should embrace it as a fact of life, and you will so enjoy it.
